Terms of Service

Please read carefully before placing your request!

General

> Please state everything you want in your commission request - references, details, pose, vibe.
> I have the rights to refuse any commission request if I deem not within my abilities or I find uncomfortable.

Workflow

Commission Accepted> Sketch Approval > Full Payment > Rendering Approval> I will complete your commission within 2-6 weeks from the sketch approval stage. If you require a hard deadline, do let me know in advance in your commission request!>Do note that the sketch would be rather simple, as pixel art heavily relies on the actual rendering stage.
Delays may be possible due to my job, but I will inform you as early as I can.

Payment

> Full Payment upfront after the sketch is approved.
> Wise is preferred however paypal works too.
>I charge per character, so no discounts.
>You may ask for major revisions within the sketching stage, and only minor revisions for the rendering/final stage.> For Commercial Usage, the price will be charged 2x.
No refunds once I begin working on the commission post-sketch approval stage.
> In the event I cannot work on the commission after being paid, I will provide a full refund. Completed commissions are non-refundable.

To prevent client ghosting:
Clients who do not respond on their waitlisted slot/sketch approval for more than 1 week, or have not paid in more than 1 week from their sketch approval, will have their commission rejected and will not be entertained.

Upon placing a commission request with me, you agree with the Terms of Service above.
